Title: Game Master
Cracked It! Escape Games, LLC is a fun interactive experience in which customers will be challenged to solve riddles, puzzles and follow clues in order to facilitate their own escape.
The Game Master will be the direct representative of Cracked It! Escape Games, LLC and will provide outstanding customer service at all times.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
~Conduct business opening and closing procedures.~Print reservation lists for the day.~Ensure escape room(s) are set and ready for each tour.~Have every customer read and sign the release form (no exceptions).~Go over “hall pass” safety, prior to every tour.~Explain the premise for their “locked in” experience.~Monitor every tour for its entirety and provide clues when prompted.~At the conclusion of tours, interact with customers, take photo of group.Invite customers to comment on our FB page and invite them back.~Invite customers to review their experience on Google and TripAdvisor
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
~Ensure clean and safe environment at all times.~Monitor restrooms; clean and restock regularly.~Upload photos of tours.~Find out what customers like most/least about their experience. (Interact with customers)~Answer phones and field questions.
Education:High School Diploma
Experience:Customer Service experience preferred
